Delta-Two was one of three tertiary antagonists in Deception Point, the others being Delta-One and Delta-Three. Delta-Two served as part of a rogue Delta Force unit as part of a government conspiracy to bolster more support and funding for NASA, killing anyone who learned the truth.
Delta-Two and his team tried to kill Rachel Sexton, Michael Tolland, and Corky Marlinson, but the team was killed. Delta-Two himself was torn apart and eaten by a swarm of hungry sharks.
